French Speaking Transfer Agent

Key responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Transfer Agent for the pre-summer (May/June) and post-summer season (September/ October).

- Ensure a professional, polite and friendly attitude when interacting with clients
- Welcome and assist clients upon their arrival at airports, ports, or other pickup locations
- Accompany clients to lunches or dinners when required
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about destinations, itineraries, and schedules based on a defined program
- Coordinate with drivers and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate transfers
- Monitor transfer schedules and resolve any issues or delays efficiently with Transfer Supervisor
- Maintain communication with operation department and traffic responsible
- Provide emergency assistance when needed
Reporting
Transfer Agent reports to Transfer Supervisor
Location
- The position is based in Athens, Greece
Type of employment
- Flexible working hours (early or late-night hours), including weekends and holidays
- Period: May/ June and September/ October 2025

Skills and Experience
Academic
- No required academic background
- Interest in Hospitality and Tourism would be an asset
Work Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is preferred
- Proficiency knowledge and command of French and Greek or English languages in oral
- Advanced knowledge of other languages will be an asset
- Familiarity with local transportation networks is an advantage

- Patience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations by paying attention to details
- Motivated & strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
